Our 1:1 personal training starts at $120 per session, with package pricing that brings it down to around $95/session. Small-group fitness classes start at $45 or $59/week on memberships. Every new client gets a free consult first so we can match you with the right option.

We run structured strength and conditioning blocks with clear progression — nothing random, nothing "punishment workouts." Unlimited memberships give you access to the full weekly timetable (5:30am–8pm weekdays, mornings weekends).
Absolutely. Our sports physio, clinical pilates and remedial massage are open to everyone — you don't need to train with us. HICAPS on-the-spot rebates are available for most health funds.
No — we're a coaching studio, not a gym. We don't sell casual memberships because our value is the programming and the coaching, not the equipment. Every client trains with a coach or in a coach-led class.
